Cancellation Policy

1. Allowed Cancellation Time:

• Customers can cancel their orders free of charge as long as the order status is "Pending" or "Processing."

2. Cancellation After Dispatch:

• If the order has been dispatched with the courier to Moqattam, a nominal delivery fee may apply if the order is canceled at the door without a valid reason related to product quality.

3. How to Cancel:

• Cancellations can be made directly via the "Cancel Order" button in the app or by contacting our customer support team.

4. Store Rights:

• Orderk reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer is unreachable or in cases of repeated non-acceptance of delivered orders.
