Return Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period:

• You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Item Condition:

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached.

3. Procedures in Moqattam:

• For our customers in Moqattam, a courier will be dispatched to pick up and inspect the returned item within 24-48 hours of the request.

4. Refund Issuance:

• Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition, via the customer’s preferred payment method.
