Introduction: By using the Orderk Shop application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase.

1. User Account:

• All information provided during registration must be true and accurate.
• The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password.

2. Orders and Pricing:

• All displayed prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
• The application reserves the right to modify prices or cancel orders in the event of a technical error or stock unavailability, with notification sent to the customer.

3. Payment and Delivery:

• Delivery services are currently available within the Greater Cairo area.
• Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or through the electronic payment methods available within the app.
• Delivery times are determined based on geographical location and product availability.

4. Intellectual Property:

• All content, logos, and designs within the application are the exclusive property of Orderk Shop and may not be quoted or used without prior written permission.

5. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising shall be settled before the competent courts in Cairo.
